REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been provided or the product has been downloaded.

By purchasing digital products from The Wise Woman, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

• Once access or download begins, you lose your statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately at support@thewisewoman.info if:

• you experience technical problems accessing your files
• your download link does not work
• you receive the wrong product
• your files are corrupted or incomplete

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind
• accidental purchases
• failure to read the product description
• incompatibility with third-party software or devices not specified in the product listing
• products already downloaded or accessed

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered where required under applicable consumer law or where we determine, at our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate due to technical failure or duplicate purchase.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
